Coconut Burfi

Coconut Burfi
                 
                                       

Ingredients
Coconut scrapped- 3cups
Sugar- 2 cups
Milk malai-1/2 cup
Cardamon powder- 1/2 teaspn
Recipe
1. Mix coconut, sugar,malai in pan.
2. Put on gas & keep stirring.
3. Within 10 mins, mixture will be thick.
4. Add cardamom powder.
5. Sprinkle little ghee on plate.
6. Spread mixture in plate.
7. Cool & cut.

MASWADI

Maswadi(marathi stuffed cutlet)
                                         
                                   

Ingredients...
Stuffing..
Sesame-1/2 cup
Dry coconut-1/2 cup
Cloves-4
Chopped onions-1/2 cup
Garlic finely chopped-10 petals
Chopped coriander, chilli powder, Salt .
Covering..
Besan-3 cups
Water- 4 cups,garlic, cumin
red chilli powder, turmeric, salt.

Recipe..
1. Dry roast sesame, shredded coconut, cloves & grind in mixer coarsely.
2. Saute onions& garlic till pink.
3. Mix all & add red chilli powder, salt, coriander & keep aside.
4. Boil water & add salt, red chilli powder & turmeric & garlic, cumin.
5. Add besan lil by lil & stir continuously till thick.
6. Cook with lid for 4-5 mins.
                       
7. Now, on plastic paper, spread cooked besan mixture & spread stuffing on it & roll.
                                             
8. Make triangular shape with hads by patting slowly.
9. Cool & cut.    
                                           


Gravy with onions & coconut with kolhapuri masala.

MANGO MASTANI

Mango mastani
                               



Ingredients..
Milk- 1/2 ltr
Mangoes -2
Sugar -3 teasp(as per sweetness)
Mango ice cream scoops.

Recipe..
1. Blend mango pulp, sugar & milk in mixer.
2. Mixture should be milkshake consistency.
3. Add finely chopped mango in mixture to feel bites while drinking.
4. Pour it in glass till 3/4 th.
5. Put mango ice cream scoops on it.
6. Garnish with chopped mango pieces.

solkadhi

Solkadhi(coconut milk & kokam drink)      
                                 



Ingredients..
Coconut shredded-1
Kokam-8-10 soaked in warm water /kokam aagal
Green chillies-2
Coriander, salt,
cumin powder pinch.

Recipe..
1. Grind coconut in mixer with 1         glass water.
2. Pass it through a strainer.
3.  Once again grind with 1/2 cup water & strain it.
4. Add 1/2 cup kokam aagal or water which is obtained by mashing  kokam.
5. Add salt, cumin powder.
6. Add chopped green chillies.
7. Garnish with coriander.
8. Serve chilled.

Chicken Dry masala

Chicken Dry

  Ingredients

Chicken - 250 gm
Chopped onions - 2
Chopped tomato - 1
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tblsp
Coconut - 1/4 cup
Coriander, mint mix - 1 cup
Garam masala - 1 teasp
Kolhapuri mutton masala/ ur choice masala
Salt, oil.

Recipe

1. Saute onions & tomatoes in oil.
2. Saute chicken.
3. Dry grind coconut, coriander, mint, ginger garlic.
4. Add masala powder & saute.
5. Add dry coconut masala & garam masala, salt.
6. Cook with lid...by keeping water on lid so that chicken will cook in steam.
7. Stirr in between & cook soft.
8. Garnish with coriander & mint.

VANILLA ICE CREAM


                             
 
VANILLA ICE CREAM

Ingredients..
Milk(raw full fat)- 1 cup
Sugar - 2-3 table spoon ( as per your taste)
Whipping cream- 1 cup
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Milk powder - 1 cup

Recipe
1. Mix milk, milk powder, sugar in mixer.
2. Put on gas for 3-4 mins just to remove rawness of them.
3. Cool. Add whipping cream & blend in mixer or with blender.
4. Add vanilla essence.
5. Freeze in freezer for 4 hrs.
6. Take out & blend again.
7. Again keep in freezer for 8-10 hrs.
8. Ice cream is ready.

No Fried Dahivade




No Fried Dahivade

Ingredients..
1 cup White urad dal
Curd
Salt
Sugar
Garnishing as per ur liking.

Recipe..
1. Soak urad dal for 2 hrs.
2. Wash & grind in mixer. I grind in food processor.
3. Add salt & beat mixture nicely to make it fluppy.
4. Take appe pan, add some oil, heat it & add spoonfuls of batter.
5. Cover with lid for 2 mins with low flame.
6. Cook from another sides too.
7. Put in water for 2 mins. Press & remove water.
8. Place in a dish.
9. Add sugar & salt in curd & beat it. Pour on vada.
10. Garnish as per ur choice.
