No Fried Dahivade
Ingredients..
1 cup White urad dal
Curd
Salt
Sugar
Garnishing as per ur liking.
Recipe..
1. Soak urad dal for 2 hrs.
2. Wash & grind in mixer. I grind in food processor.
3. Add salt & beat mixture nicely to make it fluppy.
4. Take appe pan, add some oil, heat it & add spoonfuls of batter.
5. Cover with lid for 2 mins with low flame.
6. Cook from another sides too.
7. Put in water for 2 mins. Press & remove water.
8. Place in a dish.
9. Add sugar & salt in curd & beat it. Pour on vada.
10. Garnish as per ur choice.
Wahhh...non fried!!! I can munch upon it endlessly :P
