Black Forest Cake

One of the most loved cake by one and all!!!


Recipe..


I use eggless premixes.
Chocolate premix - 250 gms
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Water as per requirements.



1. Mix premix/  readymix, oil & water to make batter of pakoda consistency.
2. Bake in microwave high power for 6 mins.
In otg, 35 mins on 180°C
In cooker, 35-40 mins.
3. Cool, cut in 3 layers..or 2 layers as per convenience.
4. Keep in fridge in cling film or airtight box to avoid dryness.


Icing..


1. Take whipped cream, beat with electric blender till get smooth peaks.




2. Keep in freezer.
3. U can add sugar & lil vanilla essence while beating.




4. Some brands already have sugar & essence in it.

Sugar syrup..

1.Take 3 tblsp sugar in 2 cup water & boil.
2. Cool & chill in fridge.
3. U can add some chocolate syrup in it as it's black forest cake.


Actual icing process..

1. Take one layer of cake, moist with sugar syrup.
2. Spread the whipped cream on it.
3. Add grated chocolate / vermicelli.
4. Here u can spread chopped canned cherries.
5. Put second layer & repeat the above procedure.
6. Keep third layer & coat the cake fully with cream. Chill it for 1 hr.
7. Take star or wilton 1M nozzle & make swirls.
8. Decorate with cherries & grated dark chocolate.
