Mendu Wade.


Recipe..

1. Soak 1 cup white urad dal for 3-4 hrs. 
2. Grind smoothly. I grind in food processor.
3. Add salt, chopped coriander, curry leaves, green chilli, grated coconut. Stir vigorously. 
4. Wet hands with water. Take handful of batter & make hole was thumb & fry.
