Butterscotch Icecream

Ingredients..

1 cup full fat milk( raw)
1 cup milk powder
2 tbsp sugar( as per sweetness u like)
1 cup whipped cream
1 teasp Butterscotch granules
Butterscotch essence..3-4 drops.




Recipe..

1.Mix milk, milk powder, sugar in blender.
2. Cook for 5 mins...just rawness of milk should vanish. Cool.
3. Whipp the cream & add in above mixture.
4. Add essence & blend all. Add butterscotch granules.
5. Set in freezer for 4 hrs.
6. Beat for 2 mins & again freeze for 8 hrs.
7. Butterscotch ice cream is ready 😊.
