Khandvi

..

Ingredients:

Besan - 1 cup
Sour buttermilk - 2 cup
Water - 1 cup
Turmeric, salt

Recipe..

1. Mix besan, buttermilk, water, salt, turmeric... with no lumps.
2. Cook on gas with stirring... 2 mins in high flame & 5-7 mins on low flame till it thicken & sticky.
3. Apply oil on clean kitchen platform or back side of steel plates.
4. With spatula, spread thin layers fast.
5. Wait for 2-3 mins.
6. Cut lengthwise & roll.
7. Tempering of rai, jira, hing, chillies.
8. Pour it on khandvi rolls.
9. Decorate with coriander leaves.
