Paneer Tikka Masala


Method:

Made paneer at home.

Chopped diced capsicum, onions, tomatoes.

Fried 3 big onions & paste them.


Make puree if 3 tomatoes.

In pan, saute diced capsicum, onions & keep 

aside.

Tadka of jeera, then saute onions paste, 1 tsp 

ginger garlic paste. Cook nicely. Add tomato 

puree, cook.

Now add coriander powder, cumin powder, red 

chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala & cook 

nicely.


I added cashew paste (optional) 2 tblsp.


Cook till oil leaves the pan.


Add paneer,capsicum, onions, salt. Mix & cook for some time. 


At last add crushed kasoori methi.
