Chakli

One of the special faraal of Diwali. Loved by all.


Ingredients:

1 kg rice

1/2 kg chana dal

1/4 kg moong dal

1/4 kg white urad dal

1/4 kg poha

2 teaspoon sabudana.

100 gm coriander seeds.

Method:

Wash rice & spread on cotten cloth & dry.


1.Roast all ingredients one by one & get it grinded from mill.


2.Take 2 bowls water.


3. Grind 7-8 green chillies, 15 garlic cloves & 2 teaspoon cumin in mixer...can add water to make fine paste.


4. In water, add salt, turmeric, grinded paste, oil & boil.


5. Put off the flame & add bhajani flour ...say around 2 bowls...can be lil more or less. Mix well.


6. Keep it about 2-3 hrs.


7. Make chakli.
