Karela Masala

Karela sabji...many ppl don't like it...but mine favourite...made with tamarind & jaggery.




Cut karela lengthwise.

Masala...


Coconut, garlic, ginger, coriander, masala powder whatever u use.
Dry grind ...not so fine..just coarse grinding..
Tempering of cumin, hing.
Add karela, masala, salt, tamarind pulp, jaggery, salt
Cook.
