Spicy Brinjal


Method

Cut brinjal in 4 halfs.

For Masala..


Dry coconut, garlic,ginger, coriander leaves... Grind in mixer roughly... Not very fine.
Add masala powder ( we use special marathi masala which is made yearly basis).
Add salt, chopped onions, roasted peanut crush & stuff this all in brinjals.
Tempering of rai, jira, hing.
Saute stuffed brinjals & cook. U can cook this without water also. Put water on lid & cook on steam.
