Oreo icecream cake made by me earlier....sharing with u in this October heat. Do try...super easy..
Method:
Crush some oreo cookies with butter & make it as first layer. Freeze for 15 mins.
Crush some cookies with vanilla icecream. Mix. Layer it on biscuit layer. Set for 5-6 hrs.
Icing with vanilla flavoured whipped cream. Coat & make designes with piping bag & nozzles.
