Dhokla




Ingredients.. 

1 cup besan 
2 tsp fine rawa/suji 
Little ginger-chilli paste 
1 tsp eno 
1/4 tsp citric acid granules( can add lemon juice) 
Salt, 
turmeric, 
sugar. 


Recipe.. 
1. Mix all ingredients except eno. 
2. Keep water boiling in steamer. 
3. Oil the vessel. Add eno, mix fast & pour in vessel. 
4. Steam for 20 mins. Tempering of rai, jira, hing, red or green chilli. 
5. Add 2 tablespoons of water in tempering. 
6. Pour it on dhokla.
