Veg Manchurian

Ingredients..
1 cup cabbage shredded
1/2 cup carrots shredded
1/2 cup capsicum
1/2 cup french beans finelly chopped
Garic, ginger finely chopped.
Spring onoin leaves chopped.
Onions.
Cornflour
Maida
Soya sauce, salt, red chilli sauce, pepper powder a pinch.
Ajinomoto( optional)

Recipe..
1. I chop all below ingredients in food processor in chopping attachment. U can finely chop too.
Cabbage, capsicum, carrots, french beans....u can change proportion as per your choice.
2. Add salt, 1-2 teaspoons soya sauce, pepper powder, cornflour, ginger garlic paste, little maida & bind all mixture.
3. Make small balls & fry.

Gravy..
1. In a oil, saute finely chopped ginger garlic pieces.
2. Add sliced onions, shredded cabbage, capsicums & saute.
3. Add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, pepper powder.
4. Add water & boil.
5. Add 3 tblspn of cornflour & water mixture.
5. Add salt & fried Manchurian balls.
6. Add chopped spring onions.
7. Cook for 1-2 mins & serve hot with noodles or fried rice.
