Gul Poli
Ingredients..
For stuffing..
1 cup jaggery/ gul grated
1/2 cup til powdered
2 teaspoons besan (roasted in little oil).
1/4 tsp nutmeg/ jayphal powder.
Mix all Ingredients properly.
For cover..
1 cup wheat flour (kanik)
1 cup maida
can skip maida & use wheat flour only.
1 tblsp besan
Knead the dough with 2 teaspoons of oil & salt.
1. As shown in pics, make 2 small rounds of dough.
2. Take small lemon sized stuffing of gul & keep in between of 2 rotis.
3. Press & roll round shape.
4. Roast on low flame nicely.
5. Serve with ghee.
